GDPR
How Veloria Pune Escort meets its obligations under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and how to exercise your rights.
This page sits alongside our Privacy Policy. The privacy policy describes what we collect; this one describes the legal basis for it and the rights you have.
Who is responsible
Veloria Pune Escort is the data controller for the personal information described in our privacy policy. Requests and questions go to support@veloria.example.
Why we are allowed to process your data
- Legitimate interests. Running a public directory, keeping listings accurate, and protecting the service against abuse. We rely on this where the processing is what you would reasonably expect and does not override your interests.
- Consent. Where you actively give us information — sending a message through the contact form, for instance. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Contract. Where we hold an account for someone who manages listings, processing their details is necessary to provide that account.
- Legal obligation. Where we must keep or disclose information to comply with the law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Rectify anything inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase your data where we no longer have grounds to keep it.
- Restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy or grounds is resolved.
- Object to processing carried out under legitimate interests.
- Port data you gave us to another provider, in a machine-readable form.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
Making a request
Email support@veloria.example describing what you want. We may ask for enough information to confirm who you are, so that we do not disclose someone's data to the wrong person.
We respond within one month. If a request is unusually complex we may extend that by a further two months, and will tell you within the first month if so. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Retention
We keep personal data only while it serves the purpose it was collected for. Contact messages are deleted once they are no longer needed for the enquiry or our records. Account records are kept while the account is active.
International transfers
Our hosting and database providers may process data outside your country. Where they do, transfers are covered by the safeguards those providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, tell us first — we would rather put it right. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority: the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or your national supervisory authority in the EU.
