Information we collect

• Contact form submissions. When you send us a message we store the name, email address and message you provide, so we can reply and keep a record of the request.
• Account information. Staff who manage the directory have accounts holding a name, email address and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser user agent in order to serve pages and protect against abuse.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep signed-in staff authenticated. It is required for the administration area to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

We use what we collect to operate the directory, respond to enquiries, keep listings accurate, and secure the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Contact messages are kept while they remain useful for handling your enquiry and our records, and are deleted when they no longer are. Account records are kept for as long as the account is active.

Your rights

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
