Hello, I am Gita, a 24-year-old Yoga Instructor based near the foothills of Sinhagad Road, Pune. I specialize in therapeutic Hatha Yoga designed to alleviate lower back pain, arthritis, and respiratory issues. My sessions include deep stretches, pranayama (breathing exercises), and guided meditation to calm the nervous system. I teach small groups at a serene studio overlooking the Sinhagad fort. I often trek the fort trail on weekends to stay connected to the natural energy of the hills. I believe yoga is not about touching your toes but about the journey inward.
