Hello, I am Lata, a 22-year-old exponent of Mohiniyattam and Kathakali based in the cultural precinct of Erandwane, Pune. I am dedicated to preserving Kerala's classical heritage, performing at various Sabhas across Pune. I offer specialized classes for adults and children, focusing on the grace of Mohiniyattam and the expressive vigor of Kathakali. My performance pieces often explore narratives of Indian mythology with modern social interpretations. I believe dance is a form of prayer that connects the performer to something greater than themselves.
