Hello, I am Poonam, a 22-year-old Soft Skills Trainer based in the IT capital of Hinjawadi, Pune. I conduct high-energy workshops for fresh graduates and entry-level professionals on professional etiquette, resume building, and interview skills. My sessions are interactive and include mock interviews and real-time feedback. I have trained over 500 students in the past year. I believe that technical skills get you the job, but soft skills help you keep it and grow. I am dedicated to bridging the gap between academia and the corporate world.
