Hello, I am Sarah, a 21-year-old Wildlife Rehabilitator based near the Katraj Snake Park and Zoo, Pune. I volunteer with a local NGO that rescues injured birds, reptiles, and stray animals from the urban sprawl of Pune. I assist in providing first aid, administering medication, and ensuring proper release protocols for rehabilitated animals. I conduct awareness camps in schools about peaceful coexistence with urban wildlife. My work has taught me that even the smallest creature has a right to live safely in our shared city.
